1. What you are booking

Our programmes run as live cohorts over four weeks, with fixed start dates and a capped number of seats. Each week includes a recorded module, a live group session, open office hours and, on the plans that include it, a private coaching session.

• A Team plan covers up to four named seats from the same organisation
• An Individual plan covers one named seat
• Live sessions are recorded and made available to participants the following day

Consulting engagements are scoped separately in writing before work begins, and those written terms take precedence over this page where the two differ.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices shown on this website are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate.
• Where a deposit is offered, it reserves your seat and is deducted from the total. The balance is payable before the programme starts.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Cancellation and refunds

We would rather you came to the right cohort than the next one, so if your circumstances change, tell us early and we will do what we can.

• More than 14 days before the start date: cancel for a full refund, less any deposit already paid.
• 14 days or less before the start date: fees are non-refundable, because the seat is held and the cohort is capped.
• Once the programme has started: fees are non-refundable.
• Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a later cohort, as set out below.

4. Transfers, substitutions and postponement

• Transferring to a later cohort: you can move your place to the next cohort once, free of charge, if you tell us more than 7 days before the start date.
• Substituting a participant: on a Team plan you can swap a named seat for a colleague at any point before the programme starts, at no cost.
• If we postpone or cancel a cohort: you can move to the next cohort or take a full refund, whichever you prefer. We will tell you as early as we can.

5. What we commit to

• Every session is taught by the named host for that edition, not by a substitute trainer
• If a session cannot run at the scheduled time, we will reschedule it within the same programme
• You keep the agents, files and materials you build during the programme

6. What we ask of you

• Course materials, recordings and community access are for the named participant and are not to be shared, resold or republished
• Please do not record or redistribute live sessions, out of respect for the other participants in the room
• What other participants share about their businesses in a session stays in the room

7. Your own use of AI

We teach you to build agents that act on your own systems and data. You remain responsible for what you deploy, for the access you give it, and for complying with your own organisation’s policies and any laws that apply to you. We cover security, privacy and human approval gates during the programme, but the decisions in your business remain yours.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with a programme is limited to the fees you have paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
