The problem & the fix

What your team does today. What the AI agent does tomorrow.

Today · your team
Tomorrow · the AI agent
Use case 01 Customer support
Support teams answering the same 5 questions, 500 times a day
Your support team drowns in repetitive tickets. The complex ones — the ones that need humans — wait in queue.
An AI agent handles 60–80% of your support ticket volume autonomously.
Reads every incoming ticket. Resolves the repetitive 60–80%. Escalates the rest with full context.

Use case 02 Sales development
SDRs spending 70% of their day on research and copy
Your closers should be closing. Instead they're prospecting, formatting LinkedIn messages, and chasing intent signals.
An AI agent runs your outbound prospecting autonomously.
Watches buying signals, drafts personalised first-touch in your voice, sends through your existing tooling.

Outcome3–15% reply rates
Use case 03 Ops & reporting
Monday-morning reports written by hand, every week
Senior people rebuilding the same dashboard summary. The data is in the system; the story isn't.
An AI agent writes your Monday-morning review autonomously.
Pulls the numbers, spots anomalies, drafts the commentary. A day's work, gone.

How we work with you

Four weeks. Fixed scope. Fixed price.

You walk away with a production agent, a runbook, and the team trained to own it.

WEEK 01
Audit
We map your team's repetitive work, pick the one workflow with the highest ROI, and write the agent's job description with you.
WEEK 02
Build
We build the AI agent on your stack. Slack, email, your CRM, your helpdesk — wherever the work lives.
WEEK 03
Deploy
We integrate, test against real workflows, tune the prompts, and ship it live in your production environment.
WEEK 04
Handover
We train the team that will own it. You leave with the agent, the runbook, and the people who can run it.
Who builds your AI agent

Common questions

What you'd want to know before booking.

What does "fixed scope, fixed price" actually mean?
One workflow. One AI agent. One price agreed upfront. We don't bill for hours or scope creep. If we find a second workflow worth automating, that's a separate engagement on the same terms.
What stack do you build on?
We build on your stack. Most AI agents run on a combination of frontier LLMs (Claude, GPT), your existing tools (Slack, email, CRM, helpdesk, BI), and lightweight orchestration. We don't lock you into proprietary infrastructure.
Who owns the AI agent after week 4?
You do. Code, prompts, integrations, documentation — all yours. We hand it over with a runbook and trained operators on your team. You can extend it, replace us, or take it in-house.
How do you handle our data?
Mutual NDA before week 1. We don't store your data, train models on it, or share anything with third parties. Data stays in your environment unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
What if our team isn't technical?
Most of the AI agents we ship are operated by non-technical teams — support managers, sales ops, ops leads. Training is part of the sprint, not an add-on.
What if we're not sure which workflow to automate?
That's what week 1 is for. We audit your team's work, identify the highest-ROI workflow, and you decide whether to proceed. If we can't find a good fit, we tell you — no commitment beyond the audit.
