Sebastien de Bandt
Founder · High Intent Labs

For 15 years I ran growth teams at scale — CMO of Checkatrade, Super Payments and CarNext (Cinch), and led Trainline's global customer acquisition team. Now I run the AI Agent Builder Academy, where I've taught founders and senior leaders across the US, UK, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany and the UAE.

Here's what most teams haven't realised yet: until early 2026, building AI agents was developer territory. Then tools like Claude Code and Codex got good enough that non-developers — people like you and me — can now build agents that do real work.

That changes everything. Everyone on your team could be building agents that take the repetitive work off their plates — every function moving twice as fast. In four weeks, I'll teach you to build them yourself. And it will change more than your productivity: it will change how you think about work.

I'm confident the Academy is the highest-ROI decision you'll make this year. Right now, this is still an edge. Get it before everyone else catches on.

Every workshop and every 1-1, you learn from me directly.

The four-week curriculum

By the end of week four, you have 4 working AI agents deployed in your business.

Each week you design, build and ship something real against your own work — shared in a weekly "Show & Tell".

WEEK 01
Introduction to AI Agents
Step out of the chatbot. Understand what agents really are, and what they can do.
  • Learn how to use an agent harness and coding agents like Claude Cowork/Code and OpenAI Codex
  • Set up your workspace so every agent you build succeeds (Claude.md and Memory.md)
  • Design, build and launch your own website or mobile app — with backend logic included
You leave with
A live website, designed, built and published by you
WEEK 02
Build Single Agents
Connect AI to your existing tools and put repetitive tasks on autopilot.
  • Connect to your everyday tools through APIs, MCP servers and connectors so your agent acts on your live data — Calendar, Gmail, CRM, Analytics and more
  • Use AI to brief and prompt other AIs ("meta-prompting")
  • Build specialist agents to automate a manual, repetitive workflow — copywriting, competitor research, reporting, meeting prep, outreach, strategy
  • Skills as reusable SOPs — built once, shared across your whole team
  • Privacy and reliability: what you need to know to protect your data and improve your agents' output
  • Security: attack vectors (prompt injection) and how to protect yourself
You leave with
Agents that complete a repetitive weekly task — automated and running
WEEK 03
Build Agent Teams
Turn single agents into a team of self-improving AI agents that collaborate to tackle a complex workflow.
  • Chain your agents so work flows from one to the next
  • Give each agent a role, so the team runs a whole process
  • Orchestrate the whole workflow with a lead agent
  • Schedule and trigger agents to give them autonomous capability
  • How to optimise and debug your agentic workflows
  • Build a quality loop that keeps your agents continuously improving
  • Build an evaluation set that proves quality holds at scale
You leave with
Your team of live AI agents that collaborate to achieve a complex task
WEEK 04
Going Further with Always-On Autonomous Agents
Take your agents off your laptop and let them run on their own, 24/7.
  • How to deploy agents with an open-source agent harness like OpenClaw or Hermes
  • How to set up your AI "Second Brain" using Obsidian, so your AI agents have full context about your work life — plus a live demo of Seb's own Chief of Staff
  • Where your agent should live: laptop, Mac mini, cloud server or hosted — cost and trade-offs
  • The security essentials for an always-on agent: the "lethal trifecta" and a 10-rule checklist
You leave with
Your AI "second brain" and Chief of Staff, set up

Meet the senior operators who've built AI agents in their own businesses.

Founders, CEOs and partners across four countries — marketplaces, PropTech, payments, VC, exec search and more. They shipped their agents in the May and June cohorts, and the peer network you join doesn't end when the programme does.

In their own words.

What sets High Intent Labs apart is its focus on application rather than theory. I've found it invaluable to build and experiment with tools and workflows that are directly relevant to the challenges and opportunities I face every day.

I've also benefited greatly from the calibre of the cohort. Learning alongside other senior operators and executives, and seeing how they're applying AI in their organisations, has been both insightful and a constant source of inspiration.

Three months ago, I knew nothing about AI and nothing about coding. Seb opened the whole thing up for me and showed me what it can really do.

He taught me how to code, how to create, how to build things that run on their own. Now I run my business more efficiently, and I have built my own bots that do work for me and report back. I have gone from knowing nothing to probably knowing more than most.

I could not recommend this course more. It will not just teach you about AI; it will teach you how to program, how to become a vibe coder, and how to create your own tools. This is the moment to lean into it, and this is the perfect way to do it.

I strongly recommend the AI Agent Builder Academy. Not only because you learn tons of things in a very short period of time, not only because Seb is an amazing coach — but also because he gives you the passion to push your limits when it comes to AI. So that you just won't stop using it after listening to him!

And as a bonus, you also get to meet super cool other people attending the course. 5 stars 🌟

This program really helped me accelerate my understanding of AI agents. Being in a group with other founders deploying real agents was inspiring and motivated me to push further.

Seeing all the use cases and automations that others were building gave me new ideas. I highly recommend this program to anyone serious about AI. Go for it!

The course with Seb was an exceptional experience. Not only because he gave a very honest and comprehensive overview of everything that's going on in the AI space, but especially because of the great people he brings together and the mind-blowing range of ideas such a group produces.

Thank you for the valuable exchange, the new network and the motivating push to really build everything that comes to my mind.

First time I do a live group training program and it was amazing. I now have my whole operations team learning how to use Claude Code to deploy agents and automate workflows without consuming precious engineering resources.

This is powerful and critical — everyone needs to learn how to do this if you don't want to be left behind. Thanks Seb, keep up the good work.

Seb's AI training does something rare — it opens up multiple doors in how you think. He doesn't just show you the tooling, he showcases what's actually possible right now with the platforms in front of us, and gets you genuinely excited about it.

What stood out for me is how it helps you take those first, second and third steps yourself — not building basic things, but starting to think properly about AI workflows and agents, and how you'd build them.

If you're a senior operator or leader who wants a quick but deep grasp of what's out there and what's possible, and you want to figure out how to lead from the front and work with your teams in this new era, Seb's a brilliant person to do it with.

Seb has spent a huge amount of time curating and crafting the best nuggets in the AI space into this program to help you get further faster than trying to go it alone, as a result this program has been the best four weeks I've invested in this year.

I came in trying to make sense of agentic AI and I left with my own agents shipped, a couple of internal AI tools running, and a network of other scale-up teams I can speak with. The peer group is a very valuable part of the experience.

As the CPO of a PE backed business and juggling a busy family life, it's not always easy to find time to explore new topics. I'd recommend the AI Agent Builder Academy to busy professionals who know AI is critical, but don't know where to start.

Seb teaches in a clear and structured way and you'll learn a lot from the others too. I'm now using Claude Code to build my own dashboards and automate reporting tasks which saves a ton of time. I'm very excited to bring more AI into my team!

Loved this experience! I finally don't feel constantly behind the AI curve. I am able to think of and implement new use cases for my business daily - it's been immensely valuable.

Is this for you?

Built for operators who want their first AI agents running in four weeks, not four months.

It works best for senior operators who can commit ~5 hours a week and would rather build than read.

This is for you if
  • You're a senior operator — founder, CEO, GM, head of function
  • You want to build agents, not just talk about them
  • You can carve out ~5 hours a week for 4 weeks
  • You'd rather your team own this capability than a consultant
  • You learn by doing — and by showing your work to peers
  • Your CEO/Board/investors want to know your AI strategy but you don't know where to start
  • You want your team to be AI-powered but you don't know how to guide them there
  • You want to learn alongside other ambitious senior operators
This is not for you if
  • You want someone else to build the agents for you (we do that too — see Implementation)
  • You're already shipping multiple AI agents per month
  • You can't dedicate ~5 hours a week for 4 weeks
  • You're looking for a theoretical strategy deck without hands-on work
  • You want recorded videos with no live access

FAQ

What you'd want to know.

Do I need to code?
No. The Academy is built for senior operators with no technical background. If you can write a clear brief, you can build an AI agent.
How much time per week?
~4–5 hours: a 1-hour recorded lesson to watch in your own time, a 1.5-hour live workshop on Friday, and around 2 hours of coursework on your own workflows. There are also 2 hours of weekly optional office hours if you want to dial in with urgent questions. On the Individual with private coaching plan, add a 30-min weekly 1-1 with Seb; on the Team plan, a weekly private team session.
What if I don't have a use case in mind yet?
You don't need one to apply. In Week 1 we run a workflow audit together — by the end of it you'll have 3 candidate workflows ranked by impact and ease. Most participants are surprised by what surfaces.
What if I miss a live session?
Sessions are recorded and available the next day. Office hours cover anything you missed — and if you have private coaching, so does your weekly session with Seb.
Can I expense this?
Yes — most do. We provide a VAT invoice and a one-pager you can forward to L&D or finance.
What stack do you teach?
Your choice — the Claude ecosystem (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Design) or OpenAI's Codex. We cover the differences, the trade-offs and when to use which.
